Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic door-to-door residential outside sales representative in the Greater Maryland area. You will engage residents, property managers, and referrals in person to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign-up orders, building Astound brand awareness in the field.

The position is field-based with roughly 90% outdoor activity. The base salary begins at $38,778.69 annually, with uncapped commissions and a total on-target earnings of up to $95,000, depending on

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers through face-to-face interaction in residential environments
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily
• Understand each property’s elements within the portfolio and discuss service needs
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness
• Review property contract language, service levels, restrictions and obligations
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions
• Attend mandatory sales meetings
• Report sales statistics accurately to management
• Stay updated with competitors in the market
• Other duties as assigned
