Job summary

Astound is seeking a field-based outside sales representative to cover the Greater Maryland area. You will engage with residents and property managers to promote our residential internet services, provide quotes, and secure sign-ups in a door-to-door, face-to-face role.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, enabling earnings up to and beyond six figures for top performers. Flexible scheduling and a protected territory are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor, field-based work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Quota-driven with a proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Pursue leads provided daily and build Astound brand awareness.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Discuss customer needs and articulate Astound solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about market competition and trends.
