Job summary

Slabsure is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to own a residential territory, meet homeowners in person, and convert conversations into customers. This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting neighborhoods, conducting inspections, and closing sales using our foundation-monitoring technology.

You will educate homeowners on sensors, monitoring, pricing, financing, and warranties while building trust and maintaining a robust CRM, with base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in direct field sales and closing deals with homeowners.
• Ability to prospect, educate, and present pricing and financing options.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving to build homeowner trust.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop your assigned residential territory.
• Prospect neighborhoods through door-to-door sales and referrals.
• Explain how Slabsure’s sensors and monitoring platform work to homeowners.
• Present pricing, financing, and warranties; close sales.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and hit activity and revenue targets.
