• 21+ years of age and valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Current TB clearance
• Background checks completed
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule up to 60 staff on 24-hour shift schedules.
• Handle payroll and time management using ADP.
• Ensure client safety and experience daily.
• Oversee infection control and compliance with program policies.
• Hire, train, and orient program staff.
• Conduct safety tours and licensure documentation.
• Coordinate transportation and appointments for clients.
