Qualifications

• Background checks required by ADP/selective screens and state/federal standards.
• Valid driver’s license with driving-history requirements for insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification and TB clearance are required.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule up to 60 staff on 24-hour shift patterns and ensure coverage.
• Manage payroll timekeeping and monitor overtime and timecards.
• Maintain client safety and program quality across residences.
• Hire, train, and orient new program staff; ensure passdown accuracy.
• Collaborate with Compliance for licensure and regulatory needs.
• Lead safety drills, infection control, and staff development initiatives.
