Caregiver, Inc. is seeking a Residential Coordinator to oversee daily operations of assigned homes and lead DSP teams.

You will ensure staffing coverage, supervise documentation, support onboarding, and coordinate household operations to maintain a safe, compliant, and person-centered environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules, transportation, and on-call responsiveness.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required; additional education preferred.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and documentation skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.

Mansioni

• Direct supervision and leadership of DSP I and DSP II staff, including staffing coverage and performance feedback.
• Support day-to-day operations of assigned homes, including routines, inventory, and transportation coordination.
• Oversee scheduling of medical and personal appointments and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Provide direct care coverage as needed to maintain continuity of supports.
• Submit and track maintenance requests and complete home safety checks and audits.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training, ensuring competency checklists are completed.
• Validate required documentation (notes, MARs, data sheets, vehicle logs, timesheets) for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage clients’ use of personal funds with compliant supporting documentation.
• Conduct routine home safety drills and ensure life safety standards are met per policy.
• Serve as a first-line contact for urgent home-level issues and respond to emergencies per on-call expectations.
