Qualifications

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• IDD experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and leadership of DSP staff and oversee staffing coverage.
• Support day-to-day operations of assigned home, including routines and inventory.
• Coordinate training onboarding and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Provide care coverage during staffing gaps and manage on-call issues.
