Job summary

AbleLight is seeking a Supervisor of Residential Operations (Home Manager) to lead DSP teams and ensure high‑quality, person‑centered services. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and collaboration with families and program leadership.

You will coordinate activities, oversee ISP implementation, manage schedules, and maintain documentation across the residential homes while ensuring compliance with state and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise DSP staff and manage teams.
• Experience coordinating care with nursing, behavior support, and program management.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered care daily with dignity and ISP alignment.
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, bathroom assistance, housekeeping.
• Prepare and serve meals per individual diet plans.
• Administer medication under nurse supervision.
• Use EMR to document service delivery accurately and timely.
• Write and update service delivery notes in the EMR; mentor staff.
