Sertoma Center, Inc. seeks a Residential Coordinator to oversee daily operations in Knoxville's residential homes. You will supervise house managers and Direct Support Professionals to ensure high-quality care and well-maintained facilities.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of DSP/Caregiver experience and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. This full-time role includes benefits, advancement opportunities, and company vehicles for resident transport.

Competenze

• Advanced degree and/or 3-5 years of DSP/Caregiver experience preferred.
• Experience in a residential setting with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Familiarity with DIDD/ECF regulations and standards.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise a team of house managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSP) caring for adults with intellectual disabilities in Sertoma homes.
• Ensure homes are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Encourage staff to provide quality care and take progressive corrective actions.
• Evaluate and mentor direct reports to develop high-quality professionals.
• Develop and implement care programs and community activities for residents.
• Assist residents with daily needs and provide emotional support.
• Maintain accurate records on residents’ dietary, medical, behavioral changes, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and standards for the facility.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, conservators, and stakeholders.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule and be available 24/7 when on call.
• Work varying shifts (day/night) and visit homes across shifts as needed.
• In absence of a house manager, perform house manager duties.
