Job summary

Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc. in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a Program Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality residential services and full compliance with licensing standards for ID and BH programs.

You will lead a team, supervise DSPs, coordinate schedule coverage, and maintain timely documentation while protecting client confidentiality and health and safety guidelines. Strong integrity and regulatory knowledge are essential, with benefits and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (21+ for Personal Care Homes).
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and insurable under company policy.
• Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Behavioral disabilities.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Residential Group Home experience.
• Ability to pass Medication Certification and CPR/First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSPs and conduct meetings.
• Respond to calls during off hours.
• Perform DSP duties as needed and fill shifts when necessary.
• Complete documentation promptly: time/attendance, daily logs, progress notes, monthly reports.
• Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
• Administer medications and ensure health/safety compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in ID or BH.
• Maintain client information confidentiality.

Position Details:

Schedule: Days/Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Total: FT 40hrs./wk. (Hours and times vary based on program needs)

What You'll Do:
