Qualities include a high school diploma, being 21+, and able to pass background checks and health screenings. Schedule: 4 days weekly, 10-hour shifts; compensation starts at $19/hour with a $1500 training/longevity bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsabilités

• Provide safety and around-the-clock in-person supervision of youth.
• Address physical, personal and health needs through counseling and skill development.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
• Collaborate with staff to meet each student’s treatment plan goals.
