Job summary

Rite of Passage Team in Escondido, California, seeks Awake Night Staff at San Pasqual Academy to supervise youth and support their personal and educational growth. The role emphasizes safety, counseling, and collaborative care on a demanding residential campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and around-the-clock in person supervision of youth.
• Address the physical, personal and health needs of each student through counseling and skill development.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
• Participate in educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with other staff to meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
