Rite of Passage is hiring a Residential Supervisor for San Pasqual Academy- STRTP in Escondido, California. This role focuses on supervising youth around the clock, supporting their safety, health, and education needs while collaborating with staff to implement treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least one year of supervisory experience with at-risk youth (or 60 college hours in related field), and be at least 21.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year supervisory experience with at-risk youth or 60 college hours in related field
• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Ability to pass child abuse registry check

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and around-the-clock in-person supervision of youth
• Address physical, personal, health, and educational needs through counseling and skill development
• Create a supportive, safe environment for students
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities
• Participate in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities
• Collaborate with professional staff to meet each student's treatment goals
