Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or customer service in construction or building materials.
• Experience in roofing or homebuilding industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with builders, purchasing departments, and project teams.
• Prepare and deliver pricing proposals and bid packages.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations teams on pricing updates.
• Maintain CRM data and generate sales reports.
• Identify new builder and contractor opportunities.
• Assist customers with product selections and project changes.
