Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or construction sales.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and home building.
• Experience reviewing blueprints or construction plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from inquiry to contract execution.
