Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders into software systems and coordinate internal resources to fulfill customer needs.
• Manage post-delivery issues such as damages, shortages, delays or changes.
• Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and procedures; act as primary customer point of contact.
• Liaise between customer and company to address potential problems and customer desires.
• Analyze and report competitive market information and trends.
• Deliver customer-focused activities, deliverables, and services.
