Job summary

Superior Walls NY PA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer relationships and sales opportunities from inquiry to contract completion. You will work with homeowners, contractors, and builders to understand project requirements, review construction docs, develop quotes, finalize contracts, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, construction sales, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction or home building preferred.
• Experience reviewing blueprints or technical docs is desirable.
• Ability to develop new relationships and maintain existing accounts.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from inquiry through quoting, contract execution, and handoff to internal teams.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally and develop new business.
• Follow up with leads to advance opportunities and build relationships.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and related sales documents; revise quotes as needed.
• Finalize contracts and ensure accurate pricing and terms.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, contracts, and customer interactions.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.
