Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years mortgage origination experience or equivalent consultative sales experience
• Ability to analyze financial data and advise on product/pricing policies
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
• Familiarity with residential mortgage products (conventional, HELOC) and banking services

Responsibilities

• Provides specialized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking offerings
• Builds and deepens relationships with clients by leveraging bank capabilities
• Analyzes clients' financial needs and recommends financial services
• Presents home lending solutions, submits mortgage applications, and assists with required documents
• Maintains client communication through calls, email, and messaging
• Leads outreach and pipeline management to meet client needs
• Partners with leaders to coach associates on delivering excellent client experiences
