Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Mortgage Solutions Advisor to originate residential loans and manage the full client experience for First Mortgage and HELOC offerings, in person or by phone. This role balances sales performance, operational risk, and client care across ongoing relationships.

The position requires SAFE Act registration, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal partners to tailor financial solutions while adhering to regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent in consultative sales and tailored financial solutions.
• Active listening to determine client needs and proactive client interaction.
• Professional communication and confidence in engaging clients in person and over the phone.
• Ability to analyze financial data to advise on product/pricing policies and guidelines.
• Strong customer service skills to manage end-to-end client experience and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking options.
• Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients leveraging bank capabilities.
• Analyzes client financial needs to recommend suitable financial services.
• Presents mortgage solutions, submits applications, and assists with required documents.
• Maintains outreach and pipeline management with consistent follow-up to meet client needs.
• Partners with leaders to provide coaching for delivering exceptional client experiences.
