Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience or equivalent sales/consultative financial services background.
• Strong ability to assess client needs, build trust, and deepen relationships.
• Excellent communication, both in-person and over the phone, with clients.
• Ability to analyze financial data and advise on product and pricing policies.
• Willingness to work weekends or extend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized service offering advice on borrowing and banking products at each life stage.
• Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients using bank capabilities.
• Analyze client financial needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Present mortgage products, assist with applications and document gathering, and update clients regularly.
• Engage with clients via outbound calls, email, and online messaging throughout the process.
• Coordinate with internal partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
