Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc is seeking an Outside Business Development Specialist in a non-licensed capacity to drive branch growth in the Las Vegas area. You will build relationships with prospective consumers, generate qualified mortgage leads, and coordinate introductions to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.

You will work with branch leadership to maintain a steady pipeline while complying with non-licensed role restrictions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consumer sales, lead generation, business development, or related field.
• Experience in mortgage marketing or real estate is preferred.
• Knowledge of non-licensed mortgage support role limitations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with consumers who may need residential mortgage financing.
• Generate mortgage leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and events.
• Educate prospects on mortgage process at a general level; direct loan-specific questions to licensed MLOs.
• Schedule introductions between prospects and licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Maintain follow-up, track activity, and support pipeline status in CRM.
