Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group is seeking an Outside Business Development Specialist to grow our Richmond, VA branch by building relationships with consumers and generating qualified residential mortgage leads. This non-licensed role focuses on proactive outreach and referrals to licensed Mortgage Loan Originators.

You will educate prospective clients at a general level, coordinate introductions, and maintain a steady pipeline while collaborating with branch leadership to meet production

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consumer sales, lead generation, or related field.
• Education: four-year college degree in business/finance or related field.
• Ability to work in a non-licensed role and coordinate with Mortgage Loan Originators.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with consumers likely to need mortgage financing.
• Generate mortgage leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and events.
• Educate prospects on the mortgage process at a general level and direct questions to a licensed MLO.
• Schedule introductions between borrowers and licensed MLOs and maintain follow-up.
• Track activity and pipeline status in the company CRM.
