Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a loan origination role with a network of referral sources
• Strong pipeline management to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Knowledge of Conventional, Jumbo and Government loan products
• Ability to document income, assets and liabilities for loan qualification
• Understanding of processing, underwriting and closing procedures
• Working knowledge of federal real estate lending regulations
• Ability to source clients independently from external real estate pros and COIs
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Customer service mindset drives sales through service
