Qualifications

• Experience in consumer lending or mortgage processes is preferred.
• Experience with documenting income/assets/liabilities for loan qualification is expected.

• Engages in community development, outside sales activities, and external networking to grow client and market share.
• Understands lending processes and credit guidelines to develop solutions for each client's needs.
• Manages daily client and loan pipelines with organization, follow up, and collaboration with loan fulfillment partners.
• Leverages digital solutions, providing clients with a choice in service pathways.
• Maintains and adheres to all federal and state regulations and bank requirements during conversations and loan processing.
