Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a loan origination role with self-sourced purchase business.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, Jumbo and Government loan products.
• Ability to analyze income, assets and liabilities to qualify clients.
• Understanding of processing, underwriting and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Consumer Lending advice and solutions to clients.
• Engage in community development, outside sales, and external networking to grow client base.
• Understand lending processes and credit guidelines to tailor client solutions.
• Manage daily client and loan pipelines with organization and coordination with loan fulfillment.
• Utilize digital solutions to offer clients flexible service paths.
