Qualifications

• 3+ years of loan origination experience with self-sourced purchases via a verifiable network of referrals
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, Jumbo, and Government loan programs
• Ability to analyze income, assets and liabilities to qualify clients for specific loan products
• Understanding of processing, underwriting and closing procedures

Responsibilities

• Provides advisory consumer lending solutions and core banking product guidance to clients
• Engages in community development, outside sales activities, and external networking to grow client and market share
• Understands lending processes and credit guidelines to tailor client solutions
• Manages daily client and loan pipelines with organization and collaboration with loan fulfillment partners
• Leverages digital solutions to offer clients preferred service pathways
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations and bank policies while guiding client conversations
