Responsibilities

• Sell mortgage loan products to residential customers.
• Build relationships with realtors, builders, and title companies to generate and expand business.
• Host community education seminars for real estate professionals.
• Assess borrowers' creditworthiness from reports and tax returns.
• Explain loan programs and guide borrowers through the mortgage process.
• Originates mortgage loans, including pricing and lock, and discloses estimates timely.
• Maintain knowledge of agency guidelines and state/federal banking laws and regulations.
• Update borrowers and agents on loan status and manage the production pipeline to close loans on time.
• Provide superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
