Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in sale of mortgage loan products to residential customers.
• Build relationships with realtors, builders and title companies to generate business.
• Identify borrowers' creditworthiness via reports and income verification.
• Counsel borrowers on loan programs and educate on mortgage process.
• Originate loans, including pricing and locking, and disclose LE documents timely.
• Maintain knowledge of agency guidelines and ensure timely submissions and closings.
