Job summary

InterLinc Mortgage Services is seeking an Outside Loan Originator to provide residential mortgage loans and generate leads. The role involves traveling more than 50% of the time and engaging with realtors, builders, and title companies to expand business.

You will assess borrower creditworthiness, educate clients on loan programs, respond to questions, and manage the loan process from pricing to closing while adhering to all regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma.
• ,
• Must possess knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA and investor guidelines and related banking laws.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the sale of residential mortgage loan products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, title companies, and related partners.
• Originate mortgage loans including pricing and locking pre-approved transactions.
• Disclose Loan Estimates and ensure timely submissions.
