Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage closing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA).
• Familiarity with loan origination systems.
• Understanding of compliance regulations and documentation standards.

Responsabilités

• Closing & document preparation for residential and consumer loans.
• Prepare and review CDs and closing packages.
• Ensure accuracy of loan terms, fees, and escrows.
• Coordinate closing timelines with settlement agents, loan officers, and borrowers.
• Balance and finalize loan figures prior to closing.
• Ensure TRID, RESPA, TILA compliance.
• Review conditions to confirm loans are clear to close.
• Coordinate funding once conditions are satisfied.
