Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage lending regulations (TRID, RESPA, TILA, ECOA, FCRA, HMDA).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing complex documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Jack Henry and LaserPro systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and coordinate disclosures and closing documents ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review title commitments, insurance, and third-party reports for accuracy.
• Maintain organized electronic loan files and support audits with documentation.
• Communicate with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to facilitate closings.
• Verify conditions of approval are satisfied prior to closing.
