Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience including documentation and customer contact.
• 2 years knowledge of commercial real estate collateral, security documents, lien perfection requirements, and loan compliance regulations.
• Retail Bank knowledge including product knowledge and sales skills.

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and commercial loan software preferred

Responsibilities

• Move a commercial real estate loan from approval through closing, including uploading documents and coordinating closing.
• Evaluate whether loan documents are sufficient for closing or if follow-up actions are required, identify compliance deficiencies.
• Support post-closing activities such as amendments, modifications, draw requests, insurance follow-ups, exception tracking and payment processing.
• Provide administrative support to lenders and managers to maximize customer engagement and sales activity.
• Deliver customer service and identify referral opportunities across banking divisions.
• Open deposit accounts and process NSF items as needed.
• Associates are expected to perform all additional duties as assigned.
