Qualifications

• At least 3 years of loan documentation experience (consumer and commercial).
• LaserPro experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan documents support approved terms and adherence to policies.
• Prepare documentation for new, renewal and modified loans.
• Produce complete loan document packages including notes, agreements and security documents.
• Assist with third-party services such as UCC filings and flood determinations.
• Serve as a resource to lending personnel on documentation and policy issues.
• Notify lenders of potential problems and recommend resolutions.
• Participate in training on pre-closing and compliance.
• Support Department Manager and assist with bank initiatives and training.
