Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in consumer and commercial loan documentation.
• LaserPro experience preferred.
• Broad knowledge of loan compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan documents to support approved terms and compliance with policy.
• Prepare documentation for new, renewal and modified loans.
• Produce complete loan document packages including notes, loan agreements and collateral docs.
• Assist with third-party services (UCC filings, flood determinations, Secretary of State standings).
• Guide lending personnel on documentation, policy and procedures.
• Notify lenders of potential problems and suggest resolutions.
• Participate in training and bank initiatives related to pre-closing and compliance.
• Support Department Manager and assist with training of lending staff.
