Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship-building capacity.
• Requires agility, teamwork and flexibility to adapt to different locations and environments.
• Must be able to do same-day travel to multiple work locations within a designated area.
• Prior experience in a banking environment, including teller, platform, or relationship banking roles preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations, uncovering needs and recommending appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, personalized client experience and engage in discovery to build trust.
• Lead client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth for the bank location.
• Balance client needs with risk and compliance while capturing accurate information.
• Provide TD’s brand and client strategy through each interaction and drive referrals.
