Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1–3 years of Residential loan processing or origination experience.
• Ability to identify needs and cross-sell other bank products to clients.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from personal effort and network activities.
• Conduct regulatory compliant loan pre-qualification interviews and recommend programs.
• Accept and review regulatory compliant mortgage loan applications; flag non-qualifiers.
• Cross-sell bank products to established targets including checking, savings, and home equity loans.
• Prepare records and reports on loan solicitation, origination, and closing activities.
