You will pre-qualify and manage mortgage applications, align loan solutions with client needs, and collaborate with processing teams to ensure smooth closings and compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of residential mortgage processing or loan origination experience.
• Ability to meet S.A.F.E. Act registration requirements and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Successful completion of a credit check per Regulation Z requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and referral sources.
• Conduct mortgage pre-qualification interviews and recommend loan solutions.
• Manage mortgage applications from origination through processing with compliance.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong borrower pipeline.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer customers to solutions.
• Promote mortgage lending programs, including outreach to underserved areas.
• Collaborate with processing teams to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain accurate loan origination records and activity reports.
