Qualifikationen

• Conduct face-to-face meetings and participate in local events to drive loan volume.
• Interview borrowers to assess financial status and goals.
• Recommend suitable mortgage products to meet borrowers' needs.
• Communicate with borrowers, real estate partners, and processing teams throughout loan lifecycle.
• Ensure a smooth experience from pre-approval to closing.
• Refer borrowers to internal partners for additional financial services.
• Monitor real estate market conditions and regulatory requirements.
