Job summary

Associated Bank in Missouri seeks a Mortgage Loan Originator to drive regulatory compliant residential loan applications and develop client referrals with realtors, builders, attorneys and other centers of influence. You will manage and monitor the loan pipeline, perform pre-qualification interviews, and coordinate processing to close loans efficiently.

The role requires 1-3 years' residential loan experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with opportunities to cross-sell across banking

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years residential loan processing or origination experience with a financial institution or mortgage banking company.

Responsibilities

Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with real estate professionals to solicit mortgage business.
Accept regulatory compliant residential mortgage loan applications and review them for compliance with bank and agency guidelines.
Monitor loan processing and pipeline, ensuring timely processing and closing of qualified applications.
Identify needs and cross-sell banking products to clients and cross-sell opportunities with partners across lines of business.
