Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supervising programs for individuals with mental health needs.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise residential programs for individuals with behavioral health needs.
• Train mental health specialists and ensure program compliance.
• Be on-call and fill direct service shifts as necessary.
