Job summary

Dungarvin is hiring for a Mental Health Program Director to coordinate and supervise residential programs that support individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs. The role focuses on supervising and training staff, ensuring high-quality program development and continuous improvement.

The position is full-time with a flexible schedule, on-call duties, and salary starting in the low six figures depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising programs serving people with behavioral and serious mental health needs.
• Four-year degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (auto liability insurance).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs.
• Train and mentor mental health specialists within the programs.
• Ensure programs are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to high standards.
