Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supervising programs for individuals with behavioral and mental health needs.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise residential programs focused on behavioral health.
• Ensure all service shifts are filled by qualified staff.
• Work direct service shifts occasionally, but limit to 16 hours per week.
