Job summary

Dungarvin is looking for a Mental Health Program Director in Farmington, Minnesota to oversee and supervise residential programs supporting individuals with behavioral and mental health needs. In this role, you will ensure that direct service shifts are filled by properly trained staff while also being flexible to maintain program needs. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience and a degree in behavioral science. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and a retention bonus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience supervising programs for individuals with mental health needs.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation.
