Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Residential Market Specialist to oversee field operations, ensuring homes are tour-ready and move-in ready while supporting market performance.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with responsibility for coordinating part-time staff, inspections, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Property Management, Construction, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Experience with MRI Software or similar property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of vacant homes to ensure tour-ready and move-in ready.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks including replacing smoke detector batteries, light bulbs, air filters, and reprogramming garage remotes.
• Prepare homes for move-in by identifying and resolving outstanding issues, removing temporary signage, rekeying locks, and installing permanent lockboxes.
• Assist with utility inspections and ensure proper transfer or maintenance of services.
• Verify and address HOA, HUD, city, and municipal inspections or code violations.
