Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Market Operations Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a single-family rental market. You will supervise inspections, manage market operations and vendor performance, and collaborate with centralized teams to ensure profitability and leasing success.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of property management or operations management experience.
• Experience in residential real estate or single-family rental operations preferred.
• Prior leadership and team management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze market-level financial performance including P&L reviews and monthly variance reporting.
• Schedule, perform, document, and review property inspections to ensure standards.
• Review property conditions during leasing and communicate required improvements.
• Collaborate with pricing and leasing teams to support occupancy goals and optimize pricing.
• Lead market-level response efforts to emergencies, fraud activity, or disruptions.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior management.
