Maymont Homes, part of Brookfield Properties, seeks a Market Operations Manager to oversee financial performance, inspections, and vendor accountability across assigned SFR markets. You will drive profitability, leasing support, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership and financial acumen are essential as you manage field teams and coordinate with centralized services to uphold company standards and resident satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in property/operations management.
• Experience in residential real estate or SFR preferred.
• Prior leadership and team management experience.

Mansioni

• Oversee market-level financial performance and P&L reviews.
• Schedule, perform and review property inspections.
• Lead market-level response to emergencies and disruptions.
• Collaborate with pricing and leasing to optimize occupancy and pricing.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and reporting standards.
