Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Part-Time Residential Support Specialist to ensure homes are tour-ready and move-in ready. You will perform inspections, light cleaning, and basic maintenance, preparing properties for occupancy across multiple homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years in property management, maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn mobile property inspection software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of vacant homes to ensure tour-ready and move-in ready.
• Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain company standards.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (replacing batteries, bulbs, air filters; reprogramming remotes).
• Prepare homes for move-in by identifying issues, removing signage, rekeying locks, and installing lockboxes.
• Assist with utility inspections and ensure proper transfers or maintenance.
• Verify inspections and address HOA, HUD, city, and other code violations.
