You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage Lead Staff recruitment, training, and performance, and onboard new staff to meet client-care standards and policy guidelines. You will be responsible for safety, scheduling, and coordinating with families, guardians, and referring agencies to achieve the best outcomes, while ensuring compliance and ongoing staff

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting Damar’s insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential operations of assigned campus building or group home.
• Manage Lead Staff recruitment, on-the-job training, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
