Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks, while maintaining a high level of customer service with owners.

The ideal candidate is trustworthy, dependable, able to multitask, follow directions, and take pride in their work. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with after-hours calls as dispatched, and potential travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience performing unit turnovers and basic repairs.
• Ability to interact professionally with owners.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.
• Background check required.
• Full-time schedule Monday–Friday; after-hours on call.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and required tasks.
• Perform unit turnovers including painting, cleaning, filter changes, trash removal.
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with material pickup and travel to sites.
• Provide customer service to owners.
