Zusammenfassung

Maymont Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, renovations, and ongoing maintenance across a portfolio of single-family rental homes. The role supports operations by ensuring homes are safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents.

You will diagnose, repair, and document work orders using company-issued mobile devices, coordinate with dispatch and vendors, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance or related field.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair preferred.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance across assigned properties.
• Diagnose and complete repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general home systems.
• Document work orders accurately and promptly using company-issued mobile devices.
• Coordinate with dispatch, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely service completion.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and high level of resident service.
